Georgia Tech and Revenue Analytics are honored to host the 4th Annual Revenue Management and Price Optimization Conference, Tuesday-Wednesday, Nov. 11-12, 2008.
The Revenue Management and Price Optimization conference offers a unique opportunity for business leaders, service providers and researchers to exchange thoughts about the latest developments in the application of best practices and new technology to drive profitable revenue growth.
Last year’s conference was a tremendous success, doubling attendance from previous years and drawing almost 200 attendees from a wide range of industries. The conference attracts senior executives who are responsible for pricing and Revenue Management in diverse organizations. One-third of last year’s participants were vice presidents or other top-ranking company officials.
We anticipate this year’s attendees will again draw from multiple demographics, including business executives with substantial achievements, technologists implementing new solutions and academics that have advanced research in Revenue Management and Price Optimization topics. The conference offers a showcase for achievement and a forum for the dissemination of ideas.

All corporate sponsors and exhibitors receive the following recognition, in addition to any specific benefits associated with their particular level of sponsorship:

Because of privacy concerns, the conference organizing committee will not provide a list of attendees and contact information. However, we do encourage ways of soliciting business cards for networking and marketing purposes.
Leadership Sponsors
Limit four at $10,000
These premier donors provide leadership support and are partners in the success of the conference. They are accorded high-level recognition and visibility on a continuing basis, including:
- Company logo with hyperlink on the home page of our Web site
- Logo in promotional conference brochure
- Logo and formal acknowledgment from the conference committee in a full-page tribute in the conference program, distributed to all attendees
- Prominent placement in the sponsor recognition display, located in a high-traffic area at the conference

Breakfast—Tuesday
Limit one at $4,000
The formal opening of the conference, the breakfast offers attendees the chance to network while getting oriented to the day’s events. A full continental breakfast consisting of muffins, Danish, fresh fruit, and a hot item, such as sausage biscuits, is served with coffee, juice, soda, and water.
Recognition: In addition to the general sponsor benefits listed above, the breakfast sponsor will receive prominent signage at food stations and the opportunity to greet guests on arrival. The sponsor may provide marketing materials or branded goods for breakfast such as logo napkins or cups. This opportunity also includes complimentary conference registration for three company personnel, valued at $2,385.
Luncheon—Tuesday
Limit one at $6,000
The conference luncheon is a catered affair by the Georgia Tech Hotel Dining Room and served buffet style in the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center atrium. This sit-down meal is the ultimate occasion to reach all speakers and attendees.
Recognition: In addition to the general sponsor benefits listed above, the luncheon sponsor can display prominent signage at the event. Company respresentatives may present welcome remarks of about two minutes prior to luncheon break. The luncheon sponsor also has a specified lunch table for a networking station. The sponsor may present provide marketing materials and branded goods for lunch, such as logo napkins or cups. This opportunity also includes complimentary conference registration for four company personnel, valued at $3,180.
Cocktail Reception—Tuesday
Limit one at $8,000
The cocktail reception is an excellent opportunity for attendees to interact before leaving the conference. A sponsor choosing to host this event early enough may have input into the arrangements.
Recognition: In addition to the general sponsor benefits listed above, the reception sponsor receives prominent signage at the event, the opportunity to greet guests on arrival, and the ability to present welcome remarks and toast of about two minutes. The sponsor may provide marketing materials and branded goods for the reception, such as logo napkins or cups. This opportunity also includes complimentary conference registration for five company personnel, valued at $3,975.
Careers and Cocktails Reception—Tuesday
$7,500 (Deadline to register for this opportunity is Sept. 1, 2008)
Hold a special reception for students interested in working in the price and revenue optimization field. A sponsor choosing to host this event will have input into the arrangements.
Recognition: General sponsor benefits listed above, plus opportunity to meet and talk with high quality students. This opportunity includes a resume book of the interested students and complimentary conference registration for four company personnel, valued at $3,180.
Exhibitors
Limit five at $5,000
Each exhibitor is assigned a 10x10 space in the common areas adjacent to conference rooms. A booth set up consisting of one six-foot table, two chairs and one power cord are provided.
Recognition: In addition to the general sponsor benefits listed above, exhibitors receive complimentary conference registration for two company personnel, valued at $1,590, and two exhibitor passes for personnel to occupy the booth.
